Q: But I’ve already had some tests done with my GP, and everything is normal with 'no further action required'. However, I'm still feeling rubbish so would it still be beneficial for me to do some testing?

Answer: You may well have had some tests done by your GP (which I am more than happy to review as part of the programme, as long as they have been done within the last 3 months) that have come back with 'no further action required'. However, one thing to note is that what we often see when looking at normal blood test results is that they may well be normal, but are far from optimal!  You can still have unwanted symptoms such as low mood, stubborn weight gain, fatigue and hair loss and still have normal blood work, as your levels aren’t ‘optimal’ - it's just not something that many health professional look at. Check out my article on normal vs optimal blood test ranges for more information on this. Many of the tests we offer are incredibly comprehensive due to the cutting-edge technology used by the private testing laboratories and will often far surpass other standardised tests due to the high level of detail in the results.

What do we test?

I work with the leading private medical and functional testing laboratories to help us to determine the right course of action for you. Each testing programme includes carefully selected medical, nutritional and functional tests that give an overview of body systems including hormonal health and nutrient status.
